CCLA is the statewide association of licensed clinical laboratories. The Department of Public Health is the enforcement and oversight agency which ensures the use of licensed personnel, certified equipment and high-quality test results. CCLA was founded in 1976 and represents both small and large laboratories.
California Kidney Care Alliance
CKCA is the state association of licensed dialysis clinics. Key issues include reimbursement for dialysis care, licensure and certification of clinics, personnel and equipment standards and other similar matters. CKCA has been representing the interests of the California End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) community since 1982.
California Northstate University
California Northstate University is a private university which offers an undergraduate degree in Health Sciences and advanced degrees through the College of Medicine, College of Pharmacy and College of Psychology, CNU plans to also offer a program in nursing in the near future.

Three Valleys Municipal Water District (TVMWD)
TVMWD is a municipal water district serving cities and private water agencies in Los Angeles County. The District provides imported water at wholesale rates to retail agencies. The district covers 133 square miles with a population of about 500,000.

We work closely with the Legislature, the Governor’s office, the Department of Public Health, and the Department of Health Care Services on behalf of these entities.
